Conditions and procedures for marriage of foreigners residing in the United Arab Emirates

God has legislated marriage and made it the best way to preserve a woman's reputation from gossip,

The man comes to the girl's house and asks her who is her guardian. If acceptance takes place and the marriage contract takes place in the presence of her guardian and two just witnesses,

And he was called to become his wife, and people knew about that, and there was no confirmation of the legitimacy of that relationship except for the one who witnessed this marriage

But in our time and because of the many and more complicated matters, some men try (verbally) to evade responsibility,

Perhaps a repudiation of the right of that woman and her children upon him. Perhaps this made him deny that relationship.

Therefore, the legislator resorted to the so-called (marriage contract), which concerns the rights of all parties.
